Step 1: Sign-In to Skype

If it is not already running, launch Skype by double-clicking its icon. If Skype is not configured to sign you in automatically, sign-in to Skype using your Skype user name and password.

Step 2: Open the Live Tab

Click on the Live tab on the Skype main screen.

Step 3: Create Skypecast

Scroll to the bottom of the Skypecasts window and click on "Create your Skypecast".

The Skype web site will open to the Skypecasts page. Click the "Create Skypecast" link on this page.

You will need to enter your Skype name and password on the web site as well.

Step 4: Enter Skypecast Details

Enter a subject for the Skypcast. You can put whatever you want here, maybe put the name of the game you will be playing. Choose the language for your Skypecast.

Important - Choose Hidden for the type of Skypecast. Choose "Start now" for the start time and set the duration for the approximate length of time you expect to be playing for (e.g. 2 hours).

Scroll to the bottom of the page and clic the "Next" button.

Step 5: Agree to Skypecast Community Guidelines

Click the "Agree" button to agree to the Skypecast Community Guidelines.

Step 6: Copy Link to Clipboard

Important - This step is important. Be sure to copy the link to your Skypecast to the clipboard. To copy the link, click into the box with the link on the Skypecast web page. Choose Edit > Copy from the menu (steps to copy to clipboard may vary depending on the OS and web browser you are running).

Step 7: Join the Skypecast

Congratulations! You have created a Skypecast and are ready to paste a link to it on WaggleZone. See the Skype documentation for information on how to manage your Skypecast, including features such as designating chat participants as hosts to minimize the load on your PC and bandwidth. Click "Join this Skypecast" to connect to the Skypecast you just created.

Step 8: Paste Link on WaggleZone

Now that your Skypecast is active, it's time to paste a link to it on the New Play Invite page on WaggleZone. Complete the steps of the New Play Invite wizard to make the link available to your WaggleZone friends.
