Finally an Easy Way to Talk to Wi-Fi Opponents
Many Wi-Fi players are frustrated by the lack of in-game voice communication
for online Wii games. WaggleZone helps solve the problem by making it easy to
chat with Wi-Fi opponents using Skypecasts.
Skype is a popular peer to peer voice communication application.
How does it work?
You already have your network of friends on WaggleZone, all you need now is a quick
easy way to jump into a voice session with them and bring to life your online gaming
experience. You or one of your friends can start a Skypecast using Skype then copy
and paste the link to it on WaggleZone. When your friends logon to WaggleZone, they
will see a notification that you have started a voice session and they can click a link
to jump right in. For this to work, you do need to have a laptop or PC close to your Wii
to host the Skype session and preferably a wireless headset. Not as perfect as having in-game voice integrated with the system,
but until Nintendo adds voice support, this is a good alternative.
How do I Get Started?
The first thing you need to do is download Skype and create your Skype account. Creating a
Skype account is a really quick process and you'll be up and running with the software in no time
because it's really intuitive and simple to use.
Once you have Skype installed, follow our step-by-step guide to start a voice session
and get talking with your friends.
